When you want to make a reservation, you must provide the details of at least two communication methods (e-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mobile). Please enter the details correctly. For some tours we need passport information.

You can pay with cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex).

Price is in Euro & USD. When you want to pay in Turkish Lira, British Pound or Japanese Yen, we use the current exchange rate.

When you want to change your itinerary, we do not charge you an extra fee unless third parties have an extra cost to our company.

All other reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel between the last 4-48 hours, you will lose your deposit.

If you cancel within the last 24 hours, you must pay the full cost of the reservation.

You must follow the itinerary we sent you. You must be ready at the pick-up time and place. You are responsible for costs incurred due to missed flights, airport transfers and tours.

We never share your contact or travel details with other organisations. After your payment, your card information will be automatically deleted.

All holidays on this website are sold subject to the following conditions.

The person named on the reservation will be considered the leader of the group and therefore accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named, changed or added on the reservation form.

All prices shown are valid at the time the website was brought online. The information provided here is based on the latest available information. We reserve the right to modify any facility, service, route, price or vehicle described herein without any liability for compensation or refund.

Balloon or Tour Reservations can only be confirmed by Cappadocia Cel Victoria once the deposit or full payment has been received. The deposit can vary from 30% to 100% depending on the tour and the season peak.

Customers who wish to cancel one of their tours for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:

a. Balloon flights, Tours and Transfers

• 30 days or more notice for tours: Cappadocia Cel Victoria will accept cancellation. We will refund all but 30% of the full tour cost.
• 29 days or less notice for any reservation: no refund of any kind.

b. Package Tours

• 30 days or more notice for tours: Cappadocia Cel Victoria will accept cancellation. We will refund 30% of the total tour cost + all except the domestic flight ticket cancellation fee or flight ticket fee. Airfare cancellation fees/forfeiture of the entire ticket price are both subject to airline cancellation policies.
• 29 days or less notice for any reservation: no refund of any kind.

• You can change your reservation to another date 'at no extra cost' in 7 days or less.

• You can change your date with 14 days or more notice, but these changes are subject to airline fees. This may include a new ticket price and/or flight change fee.

Flights may be delayed until the next morning if the weather is not favorable, so we recommend booking your balloon flight for your first available morning in Cappadocia so you don't miss it.

If you are leaving Cappadocia and are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund from us.

Prices include insurance for hot air balloon flights. Our other tour prices do not include any insurance for customers unless expressly stated.

Therefore, customers are strongly advised to take out their own insurance for health (illness and accidents), luggage loss/damage, theft, cancellations or other situations while traveling.

In the event that such events occur during travel, we will not be liable for any costs or expenses arising from them.

We will not be responsible for any refund for part or all of the money paid.

The liability of Cappadocia Cel Victoria or its agents is limited. Cappadocia Cel Victoria cannot be held responsible for any delay or change in the program, machinery or equipment failure, strike, theft, loss/damage to luggage, or hotel/gulet accommodation, meals, luggage handling, war-related or related injuries. Or terrorist activities (threatened or real), weather conditions, or anything related to them.

All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary or carrier used or hotel accommodations or other used at any time.

Announced prices may change due to price increases due to increases in fuel prices and similar reasons.

In such a case, each passenger may be required to pay an additional amount for the journey that reflects this increase.

Cappadocia Cel Victoria reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, accept or remove any tour member as a trip participant, at any time prior to or during the trip, unless this is consistent with the general entertainment and well-being of the other members. No refund will be made in any way.

Travel Agent's responsibility: It is your agent's responsibility to notify Cappadocia Cel Victoria of any special requirements you may have and to notify you of any changes recommended by Cappadocia Cel Victoria to your agent.

If a customer is unable to join a tour, or joins after departure, or leaves before completion, no refunds are available.
