All prices shown are valid at the time the website is online. The information provided here is based on the latest available information. We reserve the right to change the described itineraries, services, facilities, prices or vehicles without any liability for compensation or refund.
Balloon or Tour Reservations can only be confirmed when a deposit or full payment has been received by Cappadocia Cel Victoria. The deposit can vary between 20% and 40% of the total price, depending on the type of tour.
Customers who wish to cancel one of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:
For tours of 30 days or more: Cappadocia Cel Victoria will accept cancellation. If you paid in full we will refund 70%, no refund if you only paid a deposit.
For any booking of 29 days or less: no refund.
Cancellations / Delays Due to Weather
If the weather is not favorable, flights may be delayed until the next morning, so we recommend booking from the first morning until the day you are available to avoid missing your flight.
Prices include insurance for all hot air balloon flights.
The liability of Cappadocia Cel Victoria or its agents is limited. Cappadocia Cel Victoria cannot accept any liability for any delay or change in the program, machinery or equipment failure, strike, theft, loss/damage to luggage or injury caused by war or terrorist activities (threat or actual), weather conditions or any related problem. Any such loss or expense must be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary or carrier used at any time. Announced prices may change due to price increases due to increases in fuel prices and similar reasons. In such a case, each passenger may be required to pay an additional amount for the journey that reflects this increase.
In the event of equipment malfunction, Cappadocia Cel Victoria or its agents have 24 hours to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing it with another. No refund will be made in this regard.
Cappadocia Cel Victoria reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, accept or exclude any tour member as a travel participant at any time prior to the flight if this is not compatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of the other members on the trip. . No refund will be made in this regard.
Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for notifying Cappadocia Cel Victoria of any special requirements they may have.
If the customer does not participate in the flight, the money cannot be refunded.
